What to bring!
- It's important to bring the right equipment on all walks.
Here's a useful checklist.
- Suitable Footwear (not runners/trainers!)
- Rain Jacket
- Waterproof pull-ups
- Walking boots
- Cap (beanie!)
- Day Backpack
- Packed Lunch
- Cool drink (water)
- Hot Drink (optional, but great in cold weather!)
Wear multiple layers of clothing rather than one or two heavy items. Air gets trapped between the layers and heats up.
Bring a change of clothes for post-walk activities. It will make a real difference to your comfort.
